Good Shepherd Day School is located in the heart of West Ashley, near Charlestowne Landing. It is a thriving, half-day Christian preschool, serving families with Tots (18 months) through 4K.
Our mission is to display the love of Christ through grace-centered relationships with students, parents, and teachers by providing a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment that allows children to grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically.
Hi! I am Denyse, and I'm the Director of Good Shepherd Day School. To understand who we are it's important to know that the Day School is a ministry of the church - my job title says 'Director' but this is a ministry and my role is a calling. The Lord brought me here in 2011, and has called me to equip and love the teachers, welcome and embrace our families, and shine the light of Christ on our students.

I am thrilled that the Day School Staff are so well-equipped to love and serve our students, reflecting the love of Christ in all that they do. When we're together in the ministry, we truly are witnessing the Kingdom of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit at work, in and with the kids. And it is my prayer that our West Ashley community will increasingly feel and see it!
